Wynona "Nonie" Lee McGoogan

Wynona "Nonie" Lee Goodwin Langston Kaufman McGoogan, age 93, passed away July 1, 2019 in Conway, AR.  She was born on November 1, 1925 in Lamesa, TX.  Nonie was a long-time resident of El Dorado, AR before moving to Crossett, AR and finally to Conway, AR.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilmon Goodwin and Ruth McCargo Goodwin; her husbands, Charles E. Langston, Ralph H. Kaufman, and J. C. McGoogan; one sister, Frances Crittenden; and one brother, Dale Crittenden.

She is survived by one brother, Sherwood Crittenden; one daughter, Terry Langston Hendrickson (Jim) of Conway, AR; two granddaughters, Bliss Hendrickson Hildebrand (John) and family of Conway, AR and Blair Hendrickson Greenwood (David) and family of Little Rock, AR; one grandson, Brent Hendrickson (Heather) and family of Maumelle, AR.  She is also survived by two step-daughters, Gail Kaufman Hoffman (Mark) of Chandler, TX and Sally Kaufman of Wichita, Kansas; one step-grandson Charles Kaufman; one step-granddaughter, Beth Guynes and family and a special cousin, Clark Terrell (Martha) of Crossett and their family.  She will be remembered by Margaret Ann McGoogan Holder and John Ed McGoogan and the McGoogan Family.

Friends will be received at 1:00 PM in the sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church in Crossett on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 for the Visitation.  The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.  Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado, AR at 4:30 PM. Pallbearers will be Bliss Hildebrand, John Hildebrand, Brent Hendrickson, Charlie Kaufman, Scott Sweet, Matthew Sweet, Michael Terrell, Edwin Hankins IV, and Justin Reed.
