Scott Castleberry

Timothy “Scott” Castleberry (Crossett, Arkansas) born September 03,1985 in Monroe, La to Timothy Ford Castleberry and Cindy Jo Barnett. Scott departed his earthly life on May 20,2023 at the age of 37 years old. He is proceeded in death by his father Timothy Ford Castleberry and his Papaw Joe Calvin Barnett.

He is survived by his two children Christin Paige Castleberry and Leland Trace Castleberry. His loving and devoted mother Cindy Barnett, one sister Cassie Naff and his brother in law Johnny Naff Papaw, Wayne Hatfield and Mamaw, Shirley Hatfield One Aunt Elizabeth Barnett. Nieces Paeyton, & Ashlynn, and one nephew John Easton. His life long best friend and brother John Michael Kenley. Along with many cousins and friends he considered family.

Scott’s greatest accomplishment in his life was being a daddy to Paige and Jug. He loved his children and was so very proud of them. He loved to be on the family farm. His passion was coon hunting down the Bayou with his best hunting dog Zoé. Backroad riding, spending time with his buddies and talking smack the whole time. Scott was a force to be reckoned with, he was funny, an agitator and adventurous! He loved with his whole heart and worked so very hard to be a great son, father, brother, and friend to all. Scott was one of a kind and will never be forgotten but forever remembered and missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

 Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM, with Bro. Doug Edwards and Bro. Craig Chain officiating, in the Jones Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be held at Jones Funeral Home Chapel, in Crossett, Arkansas on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Pallbearers are Jeremy Caldwell, Kevin Cessor,John Michael Kenley, Jim Nichols, Josh Sawyer, and John Michael Watt. 
Honorary Pallbearers are Vincent Barnett, Wesley Barnett, Josh Hatfield, Kirt Harris, and James Davidson.

Interment will follow at Simms Cemetery in Crossett, AR under direction of Jones Funeral Home, Inc.
