Lenora Faye Hopper

Lenora Faye Jones Hopper, age 77, of Crossett, AR was born on February 22, 1942 to Albert "Red" and Lois Jones.  She was called home to be with the Lord on September 23, 2019 at her home.  She is preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Linnie Keen, Elvie Thornhill and Treacil Hartz and two great grandchildren, Karaleah Wilcox and Aiden Hopper.

She loved her family first and foremost.  She made everyone feel special.  She enjoyed gardening, reading, playing games and spending time with her family and friends.  She was a longstanding member of Pine Forest Missionary Baptist Church and loved her church family dearly.  She was a loyal and caring friend.  Everyone who knew her, knew that she was special.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Lawrence Hopper, Sr.; four sons, Ricky Hopper (Carla), of Crossett, AR, Martin Hopper (Tammy), Lawrence Hopper, Jr. (Kathy) of Ghent, KY and Darren Hopper (Angie) of Crossett, AR; two daughters, Penny Williams and Pamela Breeding (Thomas), all of Crossett, AR; her many cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Jones Funeral Home, Inc. with Bro. Willie Thornhill officiating.  Interment will follow in Crossroads Cemetery in Crossett, AR.  Pallbearers are Jareth Breeding, Luke Hopper, Colton Williams, Jared Laughlin, Wesley Williams and Zeke Hopper.  Visitation is from 6:00 until 8:00pm on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in the chapel at Jones Funeral Home.
