Juanita Ruth Mount

Juanita Ruth Mount, age 89 of Crossett, Arkansas, passed away peacefully with her husband at her side on November 30, 2020.  She was born on June 5, 1931 in Dewitt, Michigan.  She met her husband in Bay City, Michigan and were married one week later.  They later lived in Cheboygan, Michigan then relocated to the place they call home, Crossett, Arkansas.  Juanita enjoyed spending time with her husband, cooking, shooting pool and drinking beer.  Juanita collected teddy bears and has donated them to daycares for children.

She is preceded in death by her father, Frederick Allan Schultz and mother, Gladys; four brothers, John, Don, Bob and Charles Schultz.  Left to cherish her memory is her husband of over 40 years, John Mount; one sister, Rose Sutfin of Petoskey, MI; two nieces, Sandra Short and Jacquelin Riddell; two nephews, Eugene and Doug Sutfin and a host of friends and loved ones.

Funeral services are 11:00AM on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Jones Funeral Home, Inc. in Crossett, AR with Bro. Bryan Diffee officiating.  A one hour visitation will begin at 10:00AM at the funeral home.  Interment is in Sims Cemetery.
