John Hairm Wilcox, Jr., age 64, passed away on June 26, 2022. He was born on July 27, 1957 to John Hairm Wilcox, Sr. and Geneva Quimby Wilcox in Rochelle, GA. John was the first male LPN of Ashley County and worked for many years at nursing homes. He enjoyed crappie fishing, coin collecting and woodworking.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Wilbur Dewayne Wilcox and Timothy Bozeman Wilcox and his first wife, Nancy Wilcox.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of nine years, Jo Jordan of Crossett, AR; two sons, Anthony Wilcox of Rison, AR and Joseph Wilcox (Kelly) of Monticello, AR; one brother, Donald Eugene Dominey (Amy) of Hermitage, AR and one sister, Diane Wilcox Baker of Benton Harbor, MI; five grandchildren, Conor, Alaina, Dakota, Jacob and John Robert along with his fur baby, Trotter.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Friday, July 1st at Jones Funeral Home Chapel.
