Harold D. Brumley

Harold D. Brumley 91 of Crossett, AR passed away on April 26, 2023 in Hamburg, Arkansas.

Harold was born on July 12, 1931 in Banks, AR to the late Edna and Tom Brumley. He was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division of the United States Army and a deacon at Magnolia Baptist Church. He worked many years for Georgia Pacific as a Process Tender. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edna and Tom Brumley, his wife, Frances Leone Brumley, his son Larry Glenn Brumley, his sisters Laverne Rogers (Joe) and Mary Elizabeth Pippen (William).

He is survived by his son Jerry Wayne Brumley and his wife Sandy of Crossett, AR. Two grandsons, Justin Brumley and T.J. Brumley,  granddaughter ,Kelsey Hoefer ( Richard), sister in law, Sheila Stanley, a special cousin, Jerry White and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday  April 30,2023 at 2:00 pm at the Magnolia Baptist Church with Bro. Mike Griffith officiating. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm . Pallbearers are: Frank McMahan, Gayle Deal, Loyd Leonard, Bill McClead, Billy Mack Watt and Tommy Lamb. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, Arkansas. An online registry can be signed at www.jonesservice.com.
