Gemmy Jolene Watt, age 46 of West Monroe, Louisiana, passed away at her home on Friday, April 9, 2021. She was born on May 7, 1974 in Monroe, Louisiana.
She was a beautiful and loving person. She loved people and loved animals. She worked as a nursing home administrator and caregiver, the perfect profession for such a loving person who always put others before herself. She considered herself to be a ‘fix it’ person and was always available to anyone who needed help. She was a member of Caney Lake Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her Gran-Gran, Cornelia Rice.
Among those who are left to cherish her beautiful memory are her mother, Debi Faulk and husband, Lynn of Eros, LA and David “Dickie” Watt and wife, Diane; one daughter, Casey Jolene Rollins of Monroe, LA; one sister, Janet Law and husband, Lucas of Conway, AR; one brother, David Powell of Lake Village, AR along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 10:00AM at Crossroads Cemetery in Crossett, AR under the direction of Jones Funeral Home, Inc. with Bro. Kenneth Watt and Bro. Terry Waggoner officiating. Pallbearers are Gage Law, Gavin Law, Doug Parker, Mike Pippen, B.J. Adams, John Welch and Leon Hamm.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 14th at Jones Funeral Home Chapel from 6:30PM until 8:30PM.
