Hazel F. Perdue, age 101, of Crossett, AR passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at her residence with family.  She was born on June 9, 1915 in Hamburg to her parents, Claude E. and Sarah Francis McDuffy Tull.  Hazel graduated high school in Shreveport, LA and enjoyed playing on the girls basketball team.  Mrs. Perdue was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, having served as president of her Sunday school class and also, worked in the nursery for many years.  Her hobbies were traveling, gardening, spending time with family, and making gifts of hospitality for friends and family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, John Gulledge; her second husband, William A. Perdue; two daughters, Judy Corder and Judith Simmons and three brothers, Benton, Claude, Jr. and Charlie Tull.

Survivors include one son, Ronnie Gulledge of New Braunsfal, TX; two daughters, Phyllis Holiman of Little Rock, AR and Janie Perdue of Crossett, AR; eleven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Greg Bennett officiating.  Interment will follow at Pinewood Memorial Park under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, AR.  (www.jonesservice.com)
