Relda Perry, age 97, of Crossett, AR passed away on October 29, 2016.  She was born on March 25, 1919 in Huttig, AR to her parents, Jessie and Bettie Elizabeth Freeman Stinson.  Mrs. Perry was a homemaker, a seamstress, a model mother and a Pastor’s wife.  She loved spending time with family and spoiled all of them. She was a member of the First Assembly of God.  Mrs. Perry was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Floyd Perry; one great-grandson, Jonathan Wallace; three sisters, Lucille, Thelma, Jessie Elizabeth and three brothers, Elvie “Red”, Paul “Dick” and Ferry.

Survivors include two sons, Charles A. Perry of Hampton, AR, Bobby Perry of Little Rock, AR; two daughters, Betty Walthall of Crossett, AR, Frances Allen of Natchitoches, LA; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the First Assembly of God with Rev. Bob Perry, Rev. Charles Perry and Rev. Kenneth Neal officiating.  Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, AR.  (www.jonesservice.com)

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the First Assembly of God.
