Michael Woodie Johnson, age 70, of Crossett, AR passed away on April 13, 2015.  He was born on November 13, 1944 in Ranfurly, New Zealand to his parents, Woodie Albert and Daphne Veronica Peterson Johnson.  Mike was a Salesman for Holt Auto Group.  He was a member of S & R Hunting Club. Mr. Johnson was a Mason and a member of the Meridian Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

His survivors include his wife of 48 years, Sue Johnson of Crossett, AR; one son, Wayne Johnson (Judy) of Crossett, AR; one daughter, Michelle Mobley (Jimmy) of Bastrop, LA; two brothers, Gary Johnson (Mary Ann) of Hot Springs Village, AR, Woodie Johnson (Sue) of Longview, TX; one sister, Gail Jackson of Crossett, AR; one grandson, Heath Childers and one granddaughter, Grace Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Robin Allen officiating.  Interment will follow at Lick Prairie Cemetery under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, AR.  (www.jonesservice.com)

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Jones Funeral Home Chapel.
