James W. Fletcher, age 65, of Perry, AR formerly of Crossett, AR passed away on November 22, 2016.  He was born on May 2, 1951 in Crossett, AR to his parents, Abel and Josephine Estella Miles Fletcher.  James’ favorite hobby was gun making but he also enjoyed hunting, fishing and bee keeping.  He was a Machinist and a member of the NRA.  Mr. Fletcher was preceded in death by his parents and three infant siblings.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Sims Fletcher of Perry, AR; three daughters, Jamie Fletcher of Metairie, LA, Julia Fletcher of West Hollywood, CA, Rebecca Fletcher Acosta of Bastrop, LA; two step-sons, Ricky Deblieux (Audra) of Orange, AL, Kevin Deblieux (Kim) of Bastrop, LA and five grandchildren, Colton Deblieux, Alexus Deblieux, Camilla Deblieux, Mirabella Acosta and Meredith Acosta.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, AR with Bro. John Williams officiating.  Interment will follow at Simms Cemetery under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, AR.  (www.jonesservice.com)
